Non-contact (laser) optical tachometer is a microcomputer technology, laser technology and anti-interference technology and other advanced technology, can accurately measure the rotational speed value without contact; Laser has high brightness, parallel light and frequency specific characteristics, combined with environmental compensation function, makes the tachometer able to resist stronger interference and fluctuation, making the measurement results more accurate. Contact tachometer can measure not only rotational speed but also linear speed, and there are options for metric and imperial units. It automatically remembers the maximum, minimum, and last displayed value of the measurement.
